Thanks so much!
About a month ago I decided to start something new for Birch Landing Home - after all, every little bit helps and we want to be a part of it!
Starting this year, we will be donating a percentage of our profits at year-end to charity(ies) of our choice. The charities will be chosen at the end of each year.
We all need to remember (myself included) to give back more when we can, and I hope we can inspire other businesses and individuals to do the same.
More information about how we plan to give back can be found here.
I've been wanting to add signs to the shop for forever but ornaments have been keeping me too busy. For now I'll be listing an occasional sign in the shop here and there, but after the Christmas ornament rush you can expect to see a lot more! Designs will mostly be New England-inspired and some nursery/children's room designs (like the one pictured).
Newsletters are where it's at now and I'm jumping on the bandwagon ;)
Please feel free to sign up for my weekly newsletter in the form below. I manage the list myself and don't share your information, so you don't have to worry about getting spammed.
I plan on sending out one email per week, tops (we all get enough emails everyday already, right?). In the weekly newsletter I'll share a summary to some of my latest posts, any giveaways I'm hosting for the blog, as well as what's new in the Etsy shop and exclusive coupon codes.
Just dropped off another batch of ornaments to the wonderful Straw Cellar in Wolfeboro, NH!
The owner Carrie does an amazing job at creating the most beautiful little gift shop featuring lots of New England-made products. Definitely stop in if you're ever in town!
So excited to be sending an order of these Rustic Birch Vermont Ornaments to The Country Store on Main in gorgeous Stowe, VT! If you're skiing in the area this winter, be sure to check The Country Store out for gorgeous gift ideas.
Current situation: etching and painting my way through 125+ of these beauties to finish some orders. Whew.
No manicures for this mama.
As of right now our ornaments will also be available this season at Straw Cellar, Country Store on Main, Daytrip Society, and Wyler's. Please support these wonderful shops that support small local businesses like myself.
Adding Country Blue Gingham to our ribbon choices for our hand-etched ornaments this season! Blue isn't a traditional Christmas color, but I think it'll be a perfect fit for a lot of people's country-cottage style decor - not to mention blue gingham is my fav ;)
As always, wholesale inquiries are welcome - if you'd like to get more information please send me an email through my Contact Page.
