Giving Back

Every little bit helps and we want to be a part of it.  

Starting in 2016, we will be donating a percentage of our profits at year-end to charity(ies) of our choice.  The charities will be chosen at the end of each year.  We plan to donate between 2.5-4.5% of profits from Birch Landing Home LLC, but the exact percentage we are able to donate each year will be dependent on several factors.  

Please send us a message if you would like to be notified of the charities we choose to support this year and also if you have any suggestions of one you'd like us to support.  

In the past, Birch Landing Home has made donations to the following charities/organizations:  

• Susan G. Komen for the Cure

• Amazima Ministries

• Disabled American Veterans

• Wreaths Across America

• St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

• The American Cancer Society

• Gather NH

• Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America

• The Nature Conservancy

• The New Hampshire Food Bank

• Maine Community Foundation

• Lustgarten Foundation

• Various local fundraisers* - such as for the library, book drive, schools, etc.

*Donations for local fundraisers may have been of our products for use in raffles, silent auctions, etc for fundraising purposes and/or monetary donations.  

Our giving back initiative is subject to change at any time without notification, but we intend to continue this each year and hope to inspire other small businesses and individuals to give back when they can.
